Ingredients
- 1 cup poha rinsed only one time
- 1 very small onion chopped
- 1 green chilli optional
- 1 small tomato chopped
- Some green onion to garnish
- 1 tsp salt
- Half tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp curry leaves
Steps
Roast cumin seeds+garlic+mustard seeds
Now after making them golden add onion and cook them for 2 to 3 minutes
Now add all the spices and tomatoes then add 2 tablespoon water and cook at medium flame
Just stir the masala then add rinsed poha
Garnish with green onion and sprinkle some lemon water
Serve with plate of salad to be hydrated
