Watermelon fruit Pizza

My pescetarian side of me


  1. 1 seedless watermelon
  2. 6-8 Tablespoons Vanilla Yogurt
  3. 1/4-1/2 cup blueberries
  4. 1/4-1/2 cup strawberries, sliced


  1. Create the “crust” of the pizza, by slicing a piece of watermelon that is about 1 1/2 – 2 inches thick. The center of the watermelon will create the biggest pizza.

  2. Cut the slice into 6 pieces.

  3. Spread about 1 TBL Vanilla Yogurt on each slice.
    Top with blueberries and strawberries.
