Ingredients
- 1 kg rice
- 2 tbs salt
- 3 tbs black pepper
- 1 cup oil
- 1.5 ltr water
- 3 tbs chilli suce
- 3 tbs soya sauce
- 200 gms capsicum
- 200 gms cabage
- peas half kg
Steps
Saoked rice for 1 hour.
Cut vegetables into long same size.
Take a pan add oil then add garlic paste.add salt green chilli and blackpepper. cook fr 5 minute.
Add mince chicken cook fr 5 minute.
Add capcicum and cabge and peas cook fr 5 minute then add chilli sauce and soya sause.cook for 15 minute.
Take a pot boil water then add soaked rice and boilthem.
Strain over big bowl then add fried vegtables in the pan then lyer of rice.
Ready to serve it.
