- Trout (cleaned and dried)
- Soy sauce
- pinches Pepper
- pinches Salt
- Garlic powder
Go to campground and camp. Start barbeque.
Clean and dry trout with clean paper towels or preferably clean dry cotton toweling. Tear off sheets of aluminum foil into fifteen inch squares or so.
Place each fish into foil opening the fish and rub in the dry ingredients and dousing it inside and out with soy sauce. Add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, and wrap tightly. Place foil wrapped fish on grill and cover. Twenty minutes or so later test one for flakiness. Serve hot.
