Easy and healthy Chinese style soup.
Ingredients
- 1/4 Onion
- 8 Petit tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 2 cup Water
- 1 teaspoon Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Chicken soup stock
- 2 Eggs
Steps
Finely chop 1/4 of an onion. Chop small tomatoes in small pieces. Crack eggs into a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and stir-fry onion.
Pour 2 cups of water, add chicken soup stock and vinegar. Add tomatoes. Bring the soup to boil and slowly pour beaten eggs. Finish!
