Tofu noodle bowl


  1. Rice noodles
  2. Baby corn
  3. Carrot
  4. Cucumber
  5. Satay tofu


  1. Place your noodles into a bowl of boiling water until cooked

  2. Pan fry the satay tofu until golden brown

  3. Drain and rinse the noodles with cold water and set aside

  4. Chop your baby corn, cucumber and carrot and add to a bowl

  5. Add the noodles and tofu and enjoy!
