Ingredients
- 1 can button mushroom sliced
- 3 blocks tofu cut into cubes
- Carrot
- Green beans
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp black ground pepper
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1/4 cup water
Steps
Sauté garlic, onions together with carrots and string beans for 2-3 minutes in medium high fire (it makes veggies crunchy in my experience)
Add the mushroom and tofu stir gently then add the salt, pepper, sugar, soy sauce and oyster sauce.
In a bowl mix the cornstarch with water and then pour it in the veggies. Let it simmer until the sauce thickens
