Ingredients
- 2-15 Oz cans of Kidney Beans
- 2-15 Oz cans of Cannelini Beans
- 2-15 Oz cans of Chickpeas
- 6 stalks celery
- 2 Small Red Onions
- 6 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 10 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1-2 packets Stevia
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Heaping Tablespoon of Dijon Mustard
- 2-4 Garlic cloves
- to taste Parsley Flakes
Steps
Rinse beans and place in a large bowl. Dice vegetables and add them to the bowl. Mix remaining ingredients in a separate bowl and whisk to create the dressing. Pour dressing mixture into the large bowl and toss until mixed evenly. Chill and enjoy!
