The Best Parmesan Breadcrumb Meatballs

INGREDIENTS

  • 14 cupalmond milk (you can use any milk)
  • 12 cupbreadcrumbs (I prefer Italian flavored)
  • 1lbground beef (low fat ground chuck is what I use)
  • 1egg
  • 12 cupparmesan cheese
  • 4 -5garlic cloves (diced)
  • 12 a medium onion (diced)
  • 12 teaspoongarlic powder
  • 12 teaspooncumin
  • 12 teaspoonitalian seasoning
  • 2teaspoonsparsley
  • 12 teaspoonoregano
  • 1teaspoonpesto sauce
  • 1dashred pepper flakes (to personal taste)
  • 12 teaspoon of your favorite salt
  • 14 teaspoonblack pepper

    DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 425 f.
  • Grease 2 baking trays slightly.
  • Mix together breadcrumbs and milk and let sit.
  • In a different bowl combine all other ingredients and mix. Seasonings can be changed and substituted at will. .
  • Combine the breadcrumb mixture with the rest of the ingredients.
  • Roll into balls and place onto baking trays (whatever size you like, I do a bit larger than a tablespoon).
  • Bake for 6 minutes.
  • Take out meatballs and flip over.
  • Bake another 6 minutes.
