Tami's Baked Chicken in a yogurt Sauce


  1. 8-10 pieces bone in chicken
  2. 1 1/2-2 cups plain yogurt
  3. 2 cloves minced garlic
  4. 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
  5. 1/2 of fresh lemon
  6. 1 Maggi Chicken bouillon cube
  7. to taste Salt and pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 350° remove chicken from yogurt sauce and place on a broiler pan cook chicken 30 minutes then turn and cook additional 30 minutes. Enjoy!!

  2. In a bowl add all ingredients in a bowl (except the chicken) make sure to break up the cube very good, stir until mixed well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add chicken and coat all pieces well. Refrigerate over night.
