Ingredients
- 3 tomatillos
- 6 jalapeños
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 tbsp suger
- 1 tbsp tumeric
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 cup water
Steps
Chop and core both the tomatillos and jalapeños, leave in seeds of jalapeños for extra spicy flavor
Chop and mince garlic clove
Bring water to a simmer and place all ingredients in
Let simmer till jalapeños are bright green just around 8-10 mins
Blend all ingredients till a fine puree is formed
Grab a Chinois cap and strain till only liquid remains (or leave if u want a more rough texture)
