Ingredients
- 10 small assorted peppers
- 500 gr ground beef
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 2 crushed Garlic cloves
- 2/3 cup washed (uncooked) Jasmine rice
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- Drizzle olive oil
- 1 grated tomato
- 1 tsp allspice
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
Steps
Mix all meat filling
Cut the bottom of the peppers slightly so they can stand. Clean the inside and keep the top of the peppers.
Fill the peppers and place them in a pot.
Make the sauce and add to pot. ~Sauce~
•2Tbsp tomato paste
•3 crushed garlic cloves
•drizzle olive oil
•1/2 tsp pepper
•1/2 tsp salt
•2 & half cups boiling waterClose the pot & Cook for 1 hour on low heat.
