Smoked Stuffed Turkey Breast



  1. HoneySuckle Turkey breast
  2. Stove top (turkey or chicken)
  3. Kosher salt (optional)


  1. Rinse the turkey breast and, make sure the cavity is cleaned out, follow the directions on the stuffing box then, stuff turkey breast put on grilling tray.

  2. Place grilling tray on the smoker, grill till your thermometer reads at least 160 degrees cause of the stuffing, take off add a little foil let rest and enjoy.
