Skinless Longganisa

It is one of the famous food in philippines, it have many version depend on province. This recipe is from my grandmother who originated in pangasinan.


  1. 2 cloves garlic mince
  2. 2 tablespoon vinegar
  3. 1 kilo ground pork
  4. 2 teaspoon pepper
  5. 4-6 tablespoon sugar brown


  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until well blended. I usually use my hands.
