It is one of the famous food in philippines, it have many version depend on province. This recipe is from my grandmother who originated in pangasinan.
Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic mince
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 kilo ground pork
- 2 teaspoon pepper
- 4-6 tablespoon sugar brown
Steps
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until well blended. I usually use my hands.
