Salmon With Whisky Tomato And Onion Sauce

  1. 1 salmon fish head or salmon
  2. 4 tbsp Heinz Tomato Sauce
  3. 4 tbsp Heinz Chili Sauce
  4. 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  5. 4 tbsp Whisky
  6. 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce


  1. Season salmon with salt then bake at 200 c for about 20 to 25 minutes or longer depending on the thickness of the salmon,

  2. With little oil pan sear the tomato and onion for about 3 minutes then add in the whisky sauce ingredient mixture into then bring to a boil then simmer for 1 minute then enjoy with the baked Salmon Fish Head.
