Had some leftover salmon and asparagus that needed to be used. Goes so well with a cold ?
- Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper
Boil pasta with salt
While you get your pasta ready, start cooking the salmon with olive oil
Add asparagus once the salmon changes colour
Add butter and soy sauce when inside of the salmon is cooked
Once the butter is melted stop the stove and add in the pasta
Add some salt and pepper as you like and it’s done!!
