Ingredients
- 3 cups Chawal
- Gajar bari 2 dice cut
- Aloo 2 dice cut
- Capsicum 2 dice cut
- 1 cup Matar
- Pyaz 2 slice cut
- Tematar 2 slice cut
- 1 tsp Saboot garam masala
- 1 tsp Crushed red chilli
- 1 tsp Chopped hari mirch
- Salt
- 1 tbsp Lehsan chopped
- Saboot dhanya 1 n a half tsp
- 1 tsp Zeera
- Sonf 1 n a half tsp
- 1 tsp Haldi
- Oil
Steps
Chawal ko dho k soak kar dein.
Ek pateeli me oil dalien r pyaz ko golden karen r sath hi tematar dal k bhone.
Phir baki ki spices r veges dal k pani dal k cook karen.
Chawal add karen salt dalien chawalon ko dum lagayen r garam garam serve karen.
