Sabzi pulao #cookpadapp

My family loves to eat veg pulao coz its healthy way to eat diff veg at a same time.

Ingredients

  1. 3 cups Chawal
  2. Gajar bari 2 dice cut
  3. Aloo 2 dice cut
  4. Capsicum 2 dice cut
  5. 1 cup Matar
  6. Pyaz 2 slice cut
  7. Tematar 2 slice cut
  8. 1 tsp Saboot garam masala
  9. 1 tsp Crushed red chilli
  10. 1 tsp Chopped hari mirch
  11. Salt
  12. 1 tbsp Lehsan chopped
  13. Saboot dhanya 1 n a half tsp
  14. 1 tsp Zeera
  15. Sonf 1 n a half tsp
  16. 1 tsp Haldi
  17. Oil

Steps

  1. Chawal ko dho k soak kar dein.

  2. Ek pateeli me oil dalien r pyaz ko golden karen r sath hi tematar dal k bhone.

  3. Phir baki ki spices r veges dal k pani dal k cook karen.

  4. Chawal add karen salt dalien chawalon ko dum lagayen r garam garam serve karen.
