I didn’t want to waste left over Baguette. I cooked Baguette like a French Toast. My 10 year old ate most of it…! It can be a quick snack for kids.
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup Milk
- Unsalted Butter
- Brown Sugar
- Left over Baguette (or bread)
- Honey or syrup
Prepare ingredients and a plate. I used a glass pie plate for soaking.
Mix and beat Egg/Milk/Sugar
Soak Bread on both side
Heat your pan. Melt Butter then place your soaked bread. Flip each side to brown.
Serve with honey or syrup. Don’t eat too much ^^ Enjoy!
