I created a marinade using ingredients I found in my refrigerator. I like experimenting and I lucked out the meat was so tender.
- Pork tenderloin
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 cup Dipping Sauce Sweet Sour
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Brown pork tenderloin with olive oil 5 minutes on both sides.
Mix the teriyaki sauce, dipping sauce, honey, brown sugar and garlic together.
After browning pork tenderloin place in plastic bag, pour marinade over the tenderloin, close bag and roll marinade over the meat. Place in refrigerator for 45 minutes.
Place tenderloin in slow cooker, pour sauce over meat, cook on low for 5 hours. Turn meat over after 2 1/2 hrs.
Place pork tenderloin on platter pour some of the sauce over meat before cutting. Enjoy!
