Pitaya or red dragon fruit is at its peak season, it was very cheap and also very sweet. My son likes it but I think he goes tired of eating it by itself so Imade this instead.

- 1 and a half red dragon fruit, pureed
- Sugar as desired (the fruit is sweet already)
- 350 ml water
- 1 and a half teaspoon of konyaku jelly powder
Put the sugar, jelly powder and water in pan. Mix.
Put on the heat. Cook until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is boiling.
Turn off the heat. Put the pitaya inside. Stir to mix.
Put into your favourite moulds. Let them rest on room temperature to let the hot heat away.
Put in the fridge. Enjoy.
