My young boys don’t like protien foods other than yogurt. I created these pancakes to give them an extra protien boost. They both love them.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 All Purpose Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup Plain Geek Yogurt
- 1 Cup Whole Milk
- Butter for frying
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Steps
Heat skillet on medium heat. Add butter and scoop of batter. Cook pancake until the top bubbles. Flip and cook 1 min. Serve warm.
Mix dry ingredients
Mix the wet ingredients in a seperate bowl
Pour the wet into the dry ingredients. Stirs until just mixed togethet. Let batter rest for 5 minutes.
