Picky Eaters Love Yogurt Pancakes

My young boys don’t like protien foods other than yogurt. I created these pancakes to give them an extra protien boost. They both love them.

Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 All Purpose Flour
  2. 2 Tablespoons Baking Powder
  3. 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  4. 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  5. 2 Eggs
  6. 1 Cup Plain Geek Yogurt
  7. 1 Cup Whole Milk
  8. Butter for frying
  9. 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Steps

  1. Heat skillet on medium heat. Add butter and scoop of batter. Cook pancake until the top bubbles. Flip and cook 1 min. Serve warm.

  2. Mix dry ingredients

  3. Mix the wet ingredients in a seperate bowl

  4. Pour the wet into the dry ingredients. Stirs until just mixed togethet. Let batter rest for 5 minutes.
