Peanut butter oats and glass of soy milk


  1. Steel cut oats, boiled like pasta
  2. 2 tbsp peanut butter
  3. 2-3 packets stevia
  4. 1/4 chopped sweet apple
  5. 1/4 sliced banana
  6. Drink
  7. Original soy milk
  8. Supergreens powder


  1. Boil the steel cut oats like pasta. Drain.

  2. Mix in peanut butter and stevia.

  3. Add chopped fruit

  4. Dont forget the glass of protein soy milk. What makes the supergreens powder edible is the sweetness in the milk. I got original soy milk and i love it!
