1. 5 tbl spoons flour, tea spoon baking powder
  2. 1 tbl spoon sugar, 1/2 melted butter, 2eggs
  3. 2 spoons milk powder, half cup of liquid milk


  1. In a large bowl, sift together the flour, the powder, milk powder and sugar. Make a well in the center and pour the milk egg and melted butter mix until smooth. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the better onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 for each pancake.
