Olive pork ribs soup

Been awhile since my last post. Occupied with new roles and just feeling under the blanket hold me. So here I come again.Today lunch I create a new recipe. This is my own recipe I get ideas from all the cooking show I watch. Because I love olive so much and husband not so u thought why not cook it this way so he may like it,yes indeed he love it. Here the recipe.

Ingredients

  1. 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  2. 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
  3. 3 tablespoon oyster sauce
  4. 4-5 tablespoon rice wine
  5. Olive as much as you want(portion for two-your preference)
  6. 1 big chill
  7. Pear ? cube cut small portion
  8. Radish
  9. Garlic
  10. Galangal
  11. Cinnamon
  12. Star (I don’t know what the name for that thing,u can refer in the photo)

Steps

  1. Prep all your ingredients as below in the picture.Heat your pot and about one tablespoon of cooking oil and sautéed all your herbs u til fragrant and golden in color for garlic then pour one glass of water.

  2. Then add in your pork ribs,add more water until the meat cover up then add in your other ingredients as you can see in the picture. Stir it and let it simmer for half hour.

  3. After half hour add in your sauces. Stir well and taste if it up to your liking.some like it sweet some like it not so strong.so it depends on personal preference. You always can adjust the strongness by add more water or cooking longer. Cook this for one hour. Wallaaa…then serve.corriander as garnish… happy try ?
