Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken
- 1 tbsp Lehsan paste
- 1 tbsp Lal mirch pwdr
- 1 tbsp Pisa dhanya
- 1 tsp Garam masala pwdr
- Haldi zara si
- 1 tsp Crushed black pepper
- 1 tsp Bhon crushed zeera
- Pyaz 1 thin slice cut
- 5/6 Tematar
- 5/6 Moti hari mirch
- Salt
- Oil
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
Steps
Subse phele chicken ko dho lein.
Ab karhai me oil dalien r pyaz dal k brown kar lein.
Phir lehsan paste r chicken dal k bhon lein.r nikal lein.
Ab usi oil me slice tomato dal k cook karen ache se gal jayen mash hojayen.
Saray masalay dal bhone r chicken dal k mix karen r zara sa pani add kar k galne tak cook kar lein.
Last me bhon lein hari mirch,dhanya,lemon juice r adrak dal k nan k sath serve karen.
