Ingredients

  1. 2 cups Seela rice
  2. 2 cups Sugar
  3. 3 cups Pani
  4. 4 Illaichi
  5. 4 Long
  6. Khoya as req
  7. Boneless chicken boiled
  8. Dry fruits as req
  9. Cham cham
  10. Dodh
  11. Food clrs
  12. Salt a little bit

Steps

  1. Subse phele chawal dho k bhigo dein.r phir pani me salt,illaichi,khewra ess,long r illaichi dal k boil kar k pani drain kar lein.

  2. Ab ek pateeli me ghee dalien sath hi boiled chicken,nuts r khoya fry kar k nikal lein.

  3. Ub usi me pani r sugar dal k sheera ready kar lein.

  4. Phir chawal add karen r taiz flame pe cook karen sheera dry hone lage to dum laga dein.

  5. Milk me food clrs alag alag add karen r corners me dal k dum dein.

  6. Make sure k dum ache se laga ho milk dry hojaye tab mix karen.

  7. Cham cham dal k garam garam serve karen.
