Moz grilled fish….

There is not vivid story, its just me and my pans making something out of what i have


  1. Spinach
  2. Tomatoes
  3. Garlic cloves (3)
  4. Butter
  5. Fish (nile perch)
  6. Mustard
  7. Moz red spice blend
  8. Aubergine


  1. Sprinkle the spice blend on the fish and mustard…..display on board and take some photos.

  2. Transfer to a tray….and bake at 180 degrees. Serve on rice with greens. Thank me later
