- For the Meatballs
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 Egg
- Minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Minced Presley
- 4 table spoons of sunflower oil
- 1 diced onion
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 3-4 cups water
- 1 Handful pasta
- 2 table spoons of lemon juice
- 1 egg
- Minced parsley
Preheat the oven.
Place all of the meatballs ingredients in a large bowl, stir to combine the ingredients well.
Shape the mixture into small balls, place in sheet pan, and into the oven.
Cook the meatballs for 10 minutes or until they take a light brown colour.
While the meatballs are cooking heat the sunflower oil in a pot, add diced onion, pepper and salt, cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add 3 cups of water. take out the meatballs from the oven and add slowly to the soup.
Add a handful of pasta and let cook.
Mix one egg with lemon juice and minced parsley.
Once pasta is cooked add the mixture to the soup and let boil for five minutes.
