Lasagna

A bomb of Calories , yet tastes like heaven ??

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kilo of minced meat
  2. 2 big onions
  3. 3 big tomatoes
  4. 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  5. 1 small cup water
  6. Packet lasagna
  7. 1 teaspoon black pepped
  8. 1 teaspoon salt
  9. 1 teaspoon dried basil
  10. 1 teaspoon dried mint
  11. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  12. 1 teaspoon paprika (bell pepper powder)
  13. Maggi B├ęchamel pack or you can make it yourself
  14. 0.5 liters warm Milk
  15. 50 g butter with a little bit of oil
  16. Shredded Mozzarella cheese

Steps

  1. Let the butter melt in a saucepan then put the finely chopped onions over them

  2. When the onions become slightly yellow, add the minced meat.

  3. Add all the spices (salt, black pepper, basil…)

  4. Peel the tomatoes and cut them finely then put the tomato paste and the small cup of water to them. (I personally add 1 coffee cup of warm water)

  5. After mixing the tomato mixture together add it over the meat.

  6. Let the water evaporate then turn off the heat.

  7. For the b├ęchamel sauce, add the components of the pack to 0.5L of warm milk and mix them then put them over heat and keep stirring until you get the consistency you like.

  8. For the lasagna, put a little bit of the sauce you prepared at the bottom, then put over the lasagna dough put over some sauce then the meat you prepared then a little bit of cheese, repeat this until you get multiple layers then for the final layer top it with lasagna dough,some sauce and then lots of cheese.
