Ingredients
- 1 medium size chopped onion
- 1 chopped green chilli
- 1/4 cup chopped boiled potato
- 1 large chopped boiled egg
- 1/4 cup chopped boiled boneless chicken
- 2 packets masala maggi
- 1 chopped tomato
- 2 maggie noodles
- 2 teaspoon chopped coriander leaf
- Extra virgin olive oil for cooking
- to taste Salt
Steps
Take a pan, put some water and heat it on stove till its boiled. Then put 2 packets of maggi into it. After 2 minutes boiling stop the stove immediately and drain water from the maggie. Keep the boiled maggi aside.
Now, take another frypan, put some extra virgin olive oil and heat it on stove. Put chopped green chillies and onions. Fry it for 1 minute. Now put the boiled chicken cubes and boiled potatoes cube into it and fry 1 more minute into medium flame.
Now, put boiled maggi into it with chopped boiled egg. Give it a perfect mix. Now spread 2 packets of masala maggi on the top of it and mix again. Spread chopped coriander leaf with chopped tomato and salt if required and cover the pan for more one minutes.
