Coated in… Pork grinds & Parmesan.
- 6 pork chops
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbs water
- 1/2 cup pork grinds (ground fine)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated fine)
- Salt & pepper
Mix eggs and water.
Mix pork grinds and Parmesan.
Coat chops in egg. Then in to the grinds/parm mix.
Fry in a few tbs oil for 5-8 mins per side depending on thickness.
