Keto fried pork chops

Coated in… Pork grinds & Parmesan.

Ingredients

  1. 6 pork chops
  2. 2 eggs
  3. 2 tbs water
  4. 1/2 cup pork grinds (ground fine)
  5. 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated fine)
  6. Salt & pepper

Steps

  1. Mix eggs and water.

  2. Mix pork grinds and Parmesan.

  3. Coat chops in egg. Then in to the grinds/parm mix.

  4. Fry in a few tbs oil for 5-8 mins per side depending on thickness.
