Italian Genovese Sauce

You don’t need to but it from store anymore! Let’s make it from scratch at home!


  1. 2 pack Basil
  2. 1/4 piece Onion
  3. 4 table spoon Olive oil
  4. 3 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
  5. To taste Salt and pepper


  1. After washing basil, wipe it with kitchen paper etc. and drain. Peel off the leaves and place in the food processor.

  2. Add 1/4 piece of garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper, cheese and add it to the food processor and you’re done!

  3. You can use this sauce for pasta, pizza or any other Italian dishes!
