I am always in a hurry to get out the door to work so I try to plan ahead what I am going to put in my cooler to eat. I work a 12 hour shift as well, so it’s not any easier to plan. I came up with this one evening, and it is so simple it surprised me! It has great flavor as well.
- 1 small apple, peeled and cut into 1/8’s
- 1/2 cup grapes washed
- 1 small navel orange, peeled in sections
- 1 banana sliced
- 1 (5 oz) container of fruit flavored non fat Greek yogurt
Cut up apple
Peel the orange and banana. Then add grapes
Add the yogurt. Then mix. Very simple and easy!
