In a hurry fruit and yogurt

I am always in a hurry to get out the door to work so I try to plan ahead what I am going to put in my cooler to eat. I work a 12 hour shift as well, so it’s not any easier to plan. I came up with this one evening, and it is so simple it surprised me! It has great flavor as well.


  1. 1 small apple, peeled and cut into 1/8’s
  2. 1/2 cup grapes washed
  3. 1 small navel orange, peeled in sections
  4. 1 banana sliced
  5. 1 (5 oz) container of fruit flavored non fat Greek yogurt


  1. Cut up apple

  2. Peel the orange and banana. Then add grapes

  3. Add the yogurt. Then mix. Very simple and easy!
