Ingredients
- 2 cup Idili rice
- 1 cup Urad dal
- 3/4 cup Poha
- Fenugreek 1tspon
Steps
Soak the ingredient separately for 3- 4 hrs
Grind the Poha, fenugreek,urad dal
Then grind the rice
Mix all them well and add rock salt to it
Keep it for fermentation till 10-12 hrs
