Idli batter

Ingredients

  1. 2 cup Idili rice
  2. 1 cup Urad dal
  3. 3/4 cup Poha
  4. Fenugreek 1tspon

Steps

  1. Soak the ingredient separately for 3- 4 hrs

  2. Grind the Poha, fenugreek,urad dal

  3. Then grind the rice

  4. Mix all them well and add rock salt to it

  5. Keep it for fermentation till 10-12 hrs
