Huli Huli Sauce/Marinate


  1. 1 cup brown sugar
  2. 3/4 cup ketchup
  3. 3/4 cup soy sauce (Worcestershire works too)
  4. 1/3 cup cooking sherry (chicken broth)
  5. 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic mince
  6. 1/2 teaspoon ginger root (more if you like a bit to it)


  1. Mix all together

  2. Marinate meat couple hours(or over night) make sure to save some for cooking

  3. If bbq grill meat and base with extra sauce. Or cook on stove (I chop meat) use extra as a sauce like stri fry. Or cook in oven and base (or cook in sauce) with sauce
