Healthy-ish Nutella Peanut Butter Banana Bread

Ingredients

  1. 3 very ripe bananas
  2. 2 cups rolled oats
  3. 1/3 cup maple syrup
  4. 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  5. 1 tsp baking soda
  6. 1 teaspoon vanilla
  7. 2 tablespoons nutella

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

  2. Place all ingredients except Nutella in blender and blend until smooth

  3. Grease 9 inch loaf pan and add batter

  4. Bake for 30 min

  5. Garnish with banana slices, drizzle with Nutella. Enjoy!
