- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 tsp ground turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (or ghee)
- 1 pinch black pepper
- Maple syrup to taste (optional)
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until well mixed.
Pour out the mixture into a pan and heat on medium heat stirring regularly so the milk does not burn at the bottom of the pan.
