Goat liver fry

Ingredients

  1. 2 tbsp Oil –
  2. 1 tsp Fennel seeds –
  3. 1/4 tsp Ginger garlic paste –
  4. Onion – 1 no
  5. 1/2 Lb Goat liver –
  6. Curry leaves – 1 string
  7. 1 tsp Turmeric powder –
  8. 1 tsp Chilli powder –
  9. 1/2 tsp Cumin powder –
  10. 1 tsp Garam masala powder –
  11. Salt – 2 tsp (as required)
  12. Coriander leaves – 3 string

Steps

  1. In a pan add oil, fennel seeds, curry leaves finely chopped garlic and roast it well. Add Ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell vanishes.

  2. Now add finely chopped onions and fry till the onions turn golden brown and add salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala and cumin powder and roast well.

  3. Once the mixture releases oil add the goat liver to it and mix well.

  4. Cover and cook for 5 minutes and the goat liver is done. Add coriander leaves for garnishing.

  5. Enjoy with hot steamed rice.
