This is a 4 generation family recipe. Old School!
- 6 medium baking potatoes, cooked, peeled and chopped
- 8 hard boiled eggs
- 3 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. yellow mustard
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 small onion, chopped
Separate egg yolks from egg whites; chop egg whites and set aside. Mash yolks in medium bowl.
Add vinegar and mustard; mix well.
Add mayo, sour cream, celery salt and pepper; mix well.
In separate large bowl mix potatoes, onion and chopped egg whites.
Fold the yolk mixture into the potatoes. Chill overnight and serve the next day.
