GG's Potato Salad

This is a 4 generation family recipe. Old School!


  1. 6 medium baking potatoes, cooked, peeled and chopped
  2. 8 hard boiled eggs
  3. 3 Tbsp. white vinegar
  4. 3 Tbsp. yellow mustard
  5. 1 cup mayonnaise
  6. 1/2 cup sour cream
  7. 1/2 tsp. celery salt
  8. 1 tsp. black pepper
  9. 1 small onion, chopped


  1. Separate egg yolks from egg whites; chop egg whites and set aside. Mash yolks in medium bowl.

  2. Add vinegar and mustard; mix well.

  3. Add mayo, sour cream, celery salt and pepper; mix well.

  4. In separate large bowl mix potatoes, onion and chopped egg whites.

  5. Fold the yolk mixture into the potatoes. Chill overnight and serve the next day.

  6. Enjoy!
