- 2-3 bananas, sliced
- 1/3 cup peanut butter or any nut butter of your choice
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Spread a small amount of PB between 2 slices of banana. Place on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper- freeze for approx. 1 hour.
Melt chocolate chips in the microwave in approx. 15 second increments- add a little bit of veggie oil if it becomes clumpy.
Dip one side of sandwich into the chocolate. Place back on parchment paper. Once completed place them back into the freezer until entirely frozen.

Store left overs in an air tight container in freezer.
