This muttun fry is very favourite to children’s because it has been cooked useing less amount of spice.It can be served with rice/bread/salad.
- For Marination:
- 2 pieces muttun with bone
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon black paper powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- For frying: Ghee as required
In a bowl, put all the Marination ingredients with muttun and mix them well.Put them aside for half an hour to marinate.
Take a frypan and put some ghee and heat it on stove. Then put the marinated muttun pieces into it and fry in a medium to low flame till it remains golden brown.Stop the stove Take out the muttun fry an put them on a plate.
Muttun fry is ready to serve.
