French Long Bean with Beef and Homemade Gravy

This is a basic homemade chinese food. Easy to make and healthy.


  1. 1 pack french long bean (cut)
  2. Leftover beef (slice)
  3. 3 garlic
  4. Cooking oil
  5. Water
  6. Beef
  7. Beef sliced
  8. Starch
  9. Salt
  10. Gravy
  11. 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  12. 1 tbsp hoi sin sauce
  13. 2 tbsp soy sauce
  14. Water
  15. Sugar
  16. White pepper
  17. Starch


  1. Prepare all the ingredients. Cover beef with starch and salt for 5-10 minutes.

  2. Heat the pan, add some oil, put the long beans and garlic in. When its cooked, set aside.

  3. Heat some oil, put the beef in, add some soy sauce and a little bit of water. When its cooked, set aside.

  4. Addd some oyster sauce, hoi sin sauce, water, and season with sugar. Next, pour a dilluted starch to thicken the sauce.

  5. Decorate the plate then pour the gravy on it.
