- Half cup melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl.
Warm milk until lukewarm not hot.
Whisk milk, egg, butter, and vanillah extract until combined.
Pour in your mixture into the flour mixture and use a whisker to stir until you no longer see clumps of flour, but its better if you don’t over mix your batter.
Cover your batter with a kitchen towel and allow it to set for like 10minute and stir again for like a minute and your batter is set.
Lightly brush skillet or with melted butter, use a 1/4 cup measuring cup to gently spread the batter into a 4-inch circle.
When edges look dry and bubble’s start appearing and pop on top of the pancake, turn over, this takes about 2minute, once flipped, cook another 1 to 2 minute or until lightly browned and cooked in the middle.
Then top with any toppings of your choice.
Note:::when using simas (butter) don’t add salt because its salty already.
