- Jasmine rice
- Sliced mushrooms
- Diced tomatoes
- Diced jalapeños
- Salt and pepper
- Talapia fish thawed and dried
- Beer batter
- Oil to fry in
- Lemon dill mix from Epicure
Steps
Make jasmine rice as much as you want
Slice & dice mushrooms, tomatoes, jalapeños & garlic…pan fry in evoo add salt & pepper set aside
Pre mixed beer batter, dry fish coat with flour, coat in batter then pan fry in oil of your choice
