- Dressing
- 3 lemon juice fresh
- 5 teaspoon samac
- 1 teaspoon dry thyme
- 1 teaspoon dry basil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 salt
- 1 teaspoon hot Pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon dry mint
- 1/2 cup Extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 pita bread
- I bunch parsley chopped
- 1 green onion chopped
- 1 cucumber chopped bite size
- 4 tomatoes
- 5 cup Romain lettuce chopped
- Green pepper optional
Steps
Toast bread or deep fried break to small pieces you add at the end you don’t want your bread to get soft
Chopped vegetables bite size
Get the dressing ready at least 10 minutes before you chop everything it taste fresh and cold
First lay some bread and all the vegetables and toss then add the dressing top with bread serve immediately
