Preheat Oven to 350.
Coat oven safe pans with oil.
In a medium bowl mix 2 cups flour and seasonings (to taste).
In the second bowl crack eggs and pour in milk. Beat egg and milk mixture.
In the third bowl put 2 cups breadcrumbs and 1 cup flour.
Coat chicken in seasoned flour mix.
Dip chicken into the egg mixture.
Coat chicken in the flour bread crumbs mixture.
Put in oven safe pan.
Put pans when full into the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Turn chicken and cook another 30 minutes.
