    DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat Oven to 350.
  • Coat oven safe pans with oil.
  • In a medium bowl mix 2 cups flour and seasonings (to taste).
  • In the second bowl crack eggs and pour in milk. Beat egg and milk mixture.
  • In the third bowl put 2 cups breadcrumbs and 1 cup flour.
  • Coat chicken in seasoned flour mix.
  • Dip chicken into the egg mixture.
  • Coat chicken in the flour bread crumbs mixture.
  • Put in oven safe pan.
  • Put pans when full into the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  • Turn chicken and cook another 30 minutes.
