Ingredients
- 10 ounces chili peppers
- 1 sliced red onion
- 1 sliced tomato
- 3 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 teaspoon unsalted butter
- 10 ounces grated cheese
- Salt
- 1 cup water
Steps
Heat pan and add butter
Add the onion, the tomato, and the peppers into the pan
Give the pan a quick toss
Add the water and salt
Cover your pan and cook until the peppers turn tender
Turn off the heat
Add the cheese and let it melt
