Ingredients

  1. 10 ounces chili peppers
  2. 1 sliced red onion
  3. 1 sliced tomato
  4. 3 cloves crushed garlic
  5. 1 teaspoon unsalted butter
  6. 10 ounces grated cheese
  7. Salt
  8. 1 cup water

Steps

  1. Heat pan and add butter

  2. Add the onion, the tomato, and the peppers into the pan

  3. Give the pan a quick toss

  4. Add the water and salt

  5. Cover your pan and cook until the peppers turn tender

  6. Turn off the heat

  7. Add the cheese and let it melt

  8. Enjoy!
