Edible Butterfly


  1. 2 Slices Watermelon 4 Strawberries 24 Blueberries 20 Raspberries
  2. 4 Cranberries 12 Blackberries 2 Lychees Fox nuts 2
  3. 4 Pink flowers


  1. Wash all the Fruits thoroughly under running water except the Fox Nuts.

  2. Cut the Watermelon into two halves.
    Make two semicircles about 1/2 inch thick.

  3. Neatly remove the rinds from both the semicircles with a pairing knife.

  4. Place them on a plate facing the curved sides.

  5. Cut out two pieces right from the middle of the edges of both semicircles. Use a cookie cutter or knife.

  6. Cut out two bows from from a slice of Watermelon using a cookie cutter or knife.

  7. Place the other Fruits & Fox nuts on top & around the Watermelon to give a beautiful butterfly look.

  8. Chill in the refrigerator & serve.
