- 250 g Minced meat,
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt,
- 1 Tablespoon Light soy sauce,
- 1 teaspoon Starch,
- Minced garlic
- Chopped red onion
- Chopped celery leaves/Daun sup
- 1 box Soft Tofu, 300g
Add salt, soy sauce and starch into minced meat and mix well
Stir Fry garlic and red onion
Then add the minced meat and fry until meat turns white
Now add water and let it boil for a while
Add Tofu and celery leaves.
Cover and let it boil for 5 mins
Add more salt to taste and it’s ready ?
