Ingredients
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 4 large cucumbers, seeded, finely diced
- 2 tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
- 6 medium tomatoes, finely diced
- 1 medium red onion, finely diced
- 1 tbsp. Chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeno chile, chopped
Steps
In large bowl, combine salt, cucumbers, lemon juice, tomatoes, onion, cilantro and Chile; mix well. Refrigerate, covered, 1 hour. Serve with chips, if desired.
